Call-time for the trip is Thursday 2/25 at 3:00. We will depart at 3:30 and will arrive at the hotel around 6:30 p.m. Students will miss school all day on Friday, 2/26. All students are required to stay with the band for all festival activities. Students will be required to ride on the bus both to and from the festival and to and from Snow Bowl. Students will need money for lunch for two days and dinner for three nights and and a little extra for souvenirs, music books, pictures, etc. if so desired.
The fee for this trip is $200 and is due ASAP. The fee includes festival entry, hotel for two nights, charter bus service, lift ticket w/ free ski lesson option, ski or snow board rentals. PLEASE BRING SKI CLOTHES! All students will be required to rent ski/snowboarding equipment (which is included). Please do not bring your own, as we do not have space on the bus.
