HOME GAMES:

Fill coolers with ice and water and place water coolers and cups in stadium stands. Return coolers to band room after the game. Coolers are filled in the school cafeteria.

AWAY EVENTS:

Fill coolers with ice and water and load onto U-Haul Truck. Place water coolers and cups in stadium stands. Load empty coolers onto truck after the game.

HOME GAMES:

Help place equipment on side lines for HALF-TIME performance. After performance, help remove equipment from field and return equipment to band room.

AWAY EVENTS:

Help load equipment onto U-Haul truck. At the away venue, help place equipment on side lines for PRE-GAME performance. After performance, help remove equipment from field and return/load equipment onto U-Haul.

AWAY EVENTS ONLY:

The truck driver needs to ko nw how to drive a large 5-speed manual transmission diesel. The truck will be at THS before the event. The driver will also help load and unload the truck. After the performance, the driver will gas-up the truck and return it to THS for unloading. Mr. Matteson will return the truck to Penske.

HOME GAMES ONLY:

Raffle people walk through the crowd and stadium seats to sell raffle tickets during the game. This job can be combined with football program sales.

HOME GAMES ONLY:

Football program sales people walk through the stands selling football programs. As the band students are in the program, it is vital that band parents help the football team with program sales.

AWAY EVENTS ONLY:

Bus riders are needed to ride the bus and act as chaperones. One adult is need per bus (2) but others can ride as space provides. Riders also help with loading and equipment as needed.
